Phase 1: Topography
Advanced Total Station surveying to establish grid lines, benchmark levels, and coordinate mapping for the entire plant layout.
Phase 2: Earthworks
Mass excavation, dewatering (if required), and soil compaction using heavy vibratory rollers to achieve maximum dry density.
Phase 3: Rebar Binding
Laying dense grids of primary TMT steel (Fe500D/Fe550D) according to structural load diagrams, ensuring exact clear cover.
Phase 4: Concrete Pouring
Continuous pouring of design-mix concrete (M25 to M40) with mechanical needle vibrators to eliminate honeycombing and air voids.
Phase 5: Quality Testing
Strict 7-day and 28-day cube compressive strength tests, along with NDT (Rebound Hammer) testing before structural erection begins.
