The Anatomy of Perfection
Our color-coated sheets aren't just painted metal. They are a multi-layered composite designed for extreme longevity.
Over the high-tensile steel base, a layer of metallic coating (Zinc or Alu-Zinc) is applied. This is chemically treated and coated with a corrosion-inhibiting primer. Finally, the top coat is baked on at high temperatures, sealing the sheet completely from environmental damage.
