1. Engineering (E)
Using TEKLA Structures to generate 3D models, extracting error-free shop drawings, BOMs (Bill of Materials), and load calculations.
2. Procurement (P)
Sourcing only mill-certified structural steel plates (E250/E350 grades) from primary manufacturers like SAIL, Tata, or JSW.
3. Fabrication (In-house)
CNC plasma cutting, heavy plate bending, automated SAW welding, and strict dimensional checks at our factory.
4. Surface Treatment
Shot-blasting to SA 2.5 standard, followed by high-micron epoxy primer and polyurethane (PU) topcoats for extreme weather defense.
5. Construction (C)
Utilizing heavy-duty hydra cranes and boom lifts for safe, rapid, and precise bolting and erection at the client site.
