The ultimate solution for mass accommodation. Standardized, rapidly deployable structures designed for mega-project labour colonies, disaster relief, and military camps.
When you need to house hundreds or thousands of workers quickly for a major infrastructure project, custom cabins become too slow and expensive. Suraj Fabricator solves this with our highly standardized **K-House and Z-Type structures**. These systems are based on fixed modular dimensions (measured in 'K' units), allowing for incredibly fast mass-manufacturing.
Because every component—from columns to wall panels—is uniform, the site assembly process is similar to snapping together a giant building set. A small team can erect massive, multi-room structures in just a few days, drastically reducing your project's mobilization time.
While both are excellent for mass housing, they serve slightly different needs. The **K-House** utilizes a visible steel frame with sloped roofs and sandwich panels slotted in between. It is highly versatile, easy to dismantle, and can be built up to three stories high, saving valuable ground space.
The **Z-Type House** features an internal hidden steel frame, giving the exterior a seamless, more aesthetic look similar to a permanent building. Z-Type structures are exceptionally strong against high wind loads and are preferred for semi-permanent administrative blocks or long-term engineering campuses.
Despite their rapid assembly speed, these structures are built to last. The structural steel framework is hot-dip galvanized and painted to resist corrosion even in harsh weather conditions across UP and Nepal. The walls are constructed using EPS (Expanded Polystyrene) or Rockwool sandwich panels, providing excellent thermal insulation.
Safety is paramount in mass housing. Our K-House and Z-Type designs are engineered to be highly earthquake-resistant due to their lightweight and flexible joints. Furthermore, the materials used are fire-retardant, ensuring maximum protection for your workforce.
Components are packed flat, allowing a single truck to transport materials for huge structures.
100% nut-and-bolt connections. No site welding or heavy cranes required for standard K-houses.
Doors, windows, and electricals integrate perfectly into the modular grid for instant use.
Massive, multi-story dormitories capable of safely housing thousands of workers.
Rapidly deployable, weather-resistant barracks for remote and challenging terrains.
Fast-track emergency housing and medical camps that can be shipped and erected in days.
Spacious, insulated, and well-lit modular structures for community infrastructure.
Standardized measurement (1K = 1820mm) allows for endless customization in length and width.
Light-gauge steel framing (C-sections and square tubes), painted or galvanized for anti-corrosion.
50mm/75mm EPS or Rockwool sandwich panels providing excellent heat and sound insulation.
Engineered to safely stack up to 3 floors, complete with external steel staircases and walkways.
Designed to withstand wind speeds up to 120 km/h and high-grade seismic activity (Zone IV/V).
Ground floor typically on civil concrete plinth; upper floors use 15mm plywood or cement board over steel joists.
